Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc. and Alliance College Unite to Celebrate Creativity and Inclusion at Oui Chef

CBS Inc. is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with Alliance College, launching with a vibrant art exhibition at Oui Chef — a restaurant run by Alliance College.

Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc. established in 1996, is a leading South Australian not-for-profit community organisation, providing quality services to assist individuals with a disability or disadvantage to realise their full potential and achieve their goals. Our programs are state-wide and focus on Open Employment, Recreation, NDIS supports, Social Enterprises and Further Education.

About Alliance College

Alliance College provides students with opportunities to develop their skills across their on-site students café, training kitchen and function centre. Additionally, providing external placements, ranging from cafes, bars, fine dining restaurants and wineries to 5-star hotels and resorts throughout Australia. The centrally located campuses are easily accessible by public transport in Adelaide and Sydney.

This special event will feature a curated selection of works from the Bearded Dragon Gallery (BDG), CBS Inc.’s inclusive arts initiative supporting artists living with disabilities. The exhibition will transform the stylish Oui Chef space into a temporary gallery, inviting the community to experience powerful stories told through visual art.

This partnership represents a shared vision between CBS Inc. and Alliance College to champion diversity, creativity, and opportunity. CBS Inc. empowers people with disabilities and mental health conditions to live their best lives through employment, creative expression, and community connection. Alliance College, through initiatives like Oui Chef, is committed to delivering practical, inclusive training that builds real-world experience for its students.

The Oui Chef x BDG Art Exhibition will be free and open to the public during open hours from 30 May to XX . All artworks on display will be available for purchase, with proceeds going directly to the artists.
