Transformations

During the Covid pandemic there was ample time to sit and settle with oneself. I have developed a fusion of Asian/Indian Mandala style painting on discarded waste materials. Mostly MDF board from local businesses, construction sites. Reclaiming all the unwanted parts of the self and recycling materials, through this ancient spiritual practice. This also helps calm and focus the mind when overwhelmed (Complex childhood PTSD).
